International Graduate Program - Market Development (m/f/d)

at our location in Germany (Erlangen) or Australia/NZ | to be filled at September 2024 | fulltime | permanent position

WHAT YOU GET:

International business projects for our products in our window solutions division
A wide range of topics: business model definition, design of processes, Market research, competitors analysis, custumers needs and price analysis
6 months abroad, most probably in Asia or/and Australia/NZ
A leadership career path in our Business Team
Enhancement of your personal skills through the trainings during the program

WHAT YOU HAVE:

Master's degree in business administration, industrial engineering or equivalent
Knowledge and experience in topics like market research, sales and/or product management
Min. 4 months relevant internships
Min. 4 months international experience (either studies or internships or equivalent)
Fluent English and basic German skills
Interest and willingness for international business travelling
a valid driver's license

WHAT YOU SHOULD KNOW:

Start in September 2024
