What to Expect from Our 18-Month Trainee Program
Join a select group of just two trainees launching on 01 October 2023. After a structured onboarding and team-development phase, you will spend your first six months embedded in one of our core therapeutic areas – HIV or Oncology – contributing actively to Sales & Marketing or Medical projects. Two further six-month rotations follow in areas such as Marketing & Sales, Medical Affairs, Medical Sciences, Business Analytics, Market Access, or Public Affairs. Rotations are tailored to your strengths, interests, and business needs, enabling a truly individual development path.
Our cross-functional, lean, and agile environment delivers impactful on-the-job learning and growth, complemented by international and intercultural exposure. We invest heavily in off-the-job skills development – including presentation design, project management, and impactful communication. Every trainee is paired with an experienced Buddy for onboarding and networking, plus a dedicated mentor throughout the full program.
What We Are Looking For

- University graduates with a degree in Business Administration, Pharmacy, Medicine, Science, Biology/Chemistry, or Health Economics – with a genuine interest in science
- Prior internships and/or international experience
- Proactive, transparent team players
- Strong communication skills in German and English
