🚀 Werde Internship - Global Mobility Services bei Continental – Dein neuer Job in Hannover

Our department Global Mobility Services includes three teams in different countries. For our EMEA team based in Hanover, we are looking for support from mid March 2024 for a six-month compulsory or voluntary internship. The work takes place at the location on site.

After getting to know our team, our posting guidelines and related processes and projects, the tasks include, but are not limited to:

• Preparation of and support in the supervision of the postings
• Preparation of posting contracts and salary calculations
• Preparation of cost estimates
• Cooperation with worldwide HR departments and external service providers (e.g. in the areas of taxation, immigration, relocation, intercultural preparation)
• Independent work with our assignment management software
• Participation in annual salary and bonus processes
• Support of local and international projects
• Analysis of data from our assignment management software
• Creation of presentations in German and English

• Studies in the field of economics or social sciences, psychology or a comparable field of study, ideally with a focus on human resources
• Initial experience in human resources desirable (e.g. through internships or working student activities)
• Initial experience abroad is an advantage (e.g. through semesters abroad)
• Confident handling of MS Office programs
• Very good English language skills (written and spoken), German is a plus
• Affinity for working with IT systems
• High level of personal responsibility, independence and commitment
• Very good teamwork, organizational and communication skills
