For the HR Manufacturing & Logistics Tires - TMOD (Talent Management & Organizational Development) department, we are looking for an intern (m/f/d) in Hannover-Stöcken for a period of six months starting as soon as possible.

We offer exciting insights into the broad spectrum of HR work in a central function: be it the conceptual design of our globally popular eXplore Manufacturing Tires Graduate Program, the recruiting of trainees in the tire plants, or supporting the ongoing program in our central teams - with us you can experience the entire range of strategic HR topics.

The tasks include the following activities:

• Support in the further development and supervision of our international trainee programs
• Planning & supporting meetings and events, both virtual and face-to-face
• Advancing international and cross-divisional projects within our recruiting community through taking ownership for work packages
• Independent correspondence and alignment with our teams in the factories
• Design tasks in the context of employer branding and HR marketing
• Other interesting activities in the context of strategic HR topics

• Student in the field of economics, law, or social sciences or a comparable field of study
• Experience abroad desirable (internship or study)
• Confident handling of the MS Office package (esp. Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, and Excel)
• Fluent written and spoken English for our daily communication with our global network
• High willingness to work and learn, flexibility, creativity, teamwork and communication skills
