Thinkproject is a European market-leader in digitalisation tools for construction companies. It sounds complex, but we'll explain further! Construction companies used to use manual administration and physical paperwork for projects (sometimes hundreds of thousands of bits of paperwork for one project!). As part of the People & Culture team, you will support your colleagues in Talent Acquisition. You will play a vital role in helping us identify, attract, and retain top talent. You will have the opportunity to learn from experienced recruiters and participate in the end-to-end recruitment process, gaining valuable insights into the world of talent acquisition. Your contributions will directly impact our ability to build a talented and diverse workforce.

• You will work closely with Talent Acquisition Management, support their day-to-day business and are mainly responsible for the following areas:
• Preparation and creation of presentations
• Implementation of operational tasks in recruiting, e.g. Invitation management and the placement of job advertisements
• Support with the organisation of recruitment/career fairs
• Support with organizational and administrative tasks for the entire People & Culture team

• You are studying business administration, economics, HR management or a similar subject
• You have already gained initial practical experience in recruitment through internship, student traineeships or as working student
• You are familiar with MS Office, are business-fluent in German and English
• It matters to us that you are approachable, flexible and communicative. In addition, you are keen to take responsibility, and work independently
• You speak fluent English and German
