As a Lead or Principal Management & Technology Consultant (internal title: Lead/Principal Value Engineer), you act as a trusted advisor to help clients achieve strategic goals using the Celonis Process Intelligence Platform. You take full ownership of the customer value journey—from initial engagement to expansion and renewal. Key responsibilities include translating business objectives into proof-of-value projects, creating tailored demos, leading executive workshops, and building long-term strategic partnerships.

The Role:

You will lead data-driven transformation initiatives alongside the Sales team. Combining deep domain expertise with consulting and analytical skills, you will drive measurable impact across various enterprise processes. You will guide executive stakeholders through complex digital transformations at one of the world's leading technology scale-ups.

Requirements: Native-level German proficiency is mandatory to facilitate workshops, conduct executive presentations, and manage client relations across German-speaking markets.

Identify & Frame Value

• Translate customer strategic priorities into high-value Celonis use cases.
• Develop compelling demos and business cases backed by industry benchmarks.
• Conduct Value Assessments and present strategic roadmaps to C-level executives.

Realize Value

• Lead workshops to identify process optimization opportunities.
• Define targeted improvement measures and foster enterprise-wide change initiatives.
• Present quantifiable business outcomes to executive management.

Scale Value

• Manage the full customer life cycle to maximize platform adoption and renewal rates.
• Establish strategic expansion roadmaps that integrate Celonis as a core transformation platform.
• Collaborate with product teams to refine platform capabilities based on emerging customer needs.

Required Qualifications:

• Value Focus: Background in business data analysis, process optimization, or SaaS deployment, ideally within management consulting, solution engineering, or an internal Center of Excellence.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with enterprise software (e.g., SAP), BI tools, dashboards, action flows, RPA, as well as SQL or Python.
• Process & Project Management: Proven ability to drive process improvement, manage project scopes, and align ecosystem partners.
• Executive Communication: Strong presentation skills with experience delivering value roadmaps to senior leadership.
• Domain Expertise: Deep understanding of Supply Chain, Finance, or major operational transformations.
• Industry Experience: Background in Manufacturing, Automotive, Consumer Goods, Retail, Pharma, or Chemicals.
• Education & Languages: Degree in Technology Management, Business Informatics, Computer Science, Economics, or related fields. Native or near-native German and fluent English.
