As a Lead/Principal Process Intelligence & Supply Chain Transformation Consultant (Internal Title: Value Engineer), you serve as a trusted advisor enabling enterprise clients to achieve strategic goals via the Celonis Platform. You take full ownership of the end-to-end customer value journey: landing, expanding, adopting, and renewing. You will convert client objectives into business cases, deliver impactful value workshops, and align with C-level stakeholders to build long-term value partnerships.

The Role

Spearhead data-driven business transformations in close alignment with Celonis Sales Teams. You will act as a strategic advisor driving operational impact across core manufacturing and supply chain processes. By blending deep domain expertise with strong analytical capabilities, you will accelerate platform adoption and deliver measurable ROI for enterprise clients worldwide.

Native-level German proficiency is required to lead client workshops, deliver executive presentations, and manage senior stakeholder relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify & Frame Value: Translate executive priorities into high-impact Celonis use cases. Build tailored business cases and demonstrations leveraging industry benchmarks to acquire new business.
• Realize Value: Facilitate interactive value workshops to identify process bottlenecks. Define targeted improvement measures and present realized ROI directly to C-level executives.
• Scale Value: Establish long-term strategic transformation roadmaps. Drive platform expansion across organizations and provide strategic feature feedback to product teams.

Required Qualifications

• Customer Value & Consulting Expertise: Proven experience in data analysis, process optimization, or solution consulting within SaaS providers, top-tier consultancies, or enterprise Centers of Excellence.
• Technical & Analytical Proficiency: Familiarity with enterprise software (e.g., SAP), BI tools, dashboard design, RPA, SQL, or Python. Comfortable collaborating with IT departments.
• Process Optimization & Change Management: Track record of implementing continuous improvement initiatives and training business process owners.
• Project Management & Executive Stakeholder Alignment: Excellent track record managing multi-project portfolios and delivering executive-level presentations.
• Domain & Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Production, or Finance domains.
• Education & Languages: Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Informatics, Economics, or related fields. Native or near-native German fluency paired with professional English skills.
