Functional area: Corporate Development / Strategy
Become a Working Student (d/f/m) Special Projects & Events and join the “Strategy, Sustainability, Business Development & Transformation” team at RWE Renewables Europe & Australia. As an integral team member, you'll contribute to management events and key business projects, gaining insights into a global project organization and honing your project management skills.
Your tasks
- Support planning and execution of offsite events for senior executives, including agenda and slide deck creation, and project schedule monitoring.
- Assist with administrative preparation for workshops & events (e.g., calendar invites, participant coordination, hotel arrangements) – ensuring a seamless experience.
- Help manage stakeholder groups from attendants and presenters to technical teams, caterers, and guest speakers.
- Contribute to analysis and internal communications for the Renewables board and senior executives, delivering clear, concise, and insightful guidance on key questions.
- Assist the team with ad-hoc requests crucial to our renewables business, such as organizational alignments and process optimization in a rapidly growing unit.
Your powerful skills
- Enrolled student (d/f/m) in Bachelor’s/Master's programs in business administration, engineering, social science, or a related field.
- Ability to synthesize, create, and present complex topics effectively in written and verbal form.
- Personal drive and enthusiasm to learn about renewable energy, with the ability to work independently and stay organized.
- Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking, with the ability to structure and draw conclusions from diverse information sources.
- A true team player who is eager to join a dynamic and highly motivated group of colleagues.
- Basic knowledge of energy markets and renewables is a plus, but not required.
- Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel).
- Business fluent in English.
- Available for 20 hours per week.
