Our Processes team is looking for a

What you’ll do

You're responsible for the implementation of projects in your area of responsibility, such as the implementation of our digital contract for our hotel customers
Above all, you'll take care of the optimization of process flows
You'll also be responsible for the continuous monitoring and reporting of processes and process qualities and will continuously develop these with new ideas
Additionally, you'll support the process team in day-to-day business and in the implementation of audit controls

What you’ll bring

You're studying Business Informatics, Computer Science or Business Administration and you've already gained initial experience in working with CRM systems
You can prove your very good analytical skills and your distinct problem-solving competence through practical experience
Your strengths include teamwork and communication skills
A very good and practical knowledge of Excel distinguishes you and you're ideally familiar with programming VBA
Attending English meetings is no problem for you
