Your mission
As Retail Director Europe Central, you will lead and elevate the commercial performance of PUMA Retail Stores across the European Central Cluster, including DACH, Eastern Europe, and Benelux for FPS and FOC channels. Your primary objective is driving sustainable revenue growth and overall profitability while maintaining an inspiring brand environment.
You will play a decisive role in defining the regional retail footprint. Working alongside Leasing, you will evaluate strategic store locations, manage expansion projects, direct store openings, oversee refits, and supervise closures. Combining strong commercial acumen with dynamic leadership, you will translate corporate vision into tactical operational success.
Core responsibilities include:
- Driving sales, margin expansion, and overall store profitability while upholding PUMA brand standards.
- Identifying growth potential via operational efficiency, customer service enhancements, and active cost control.
- Analyzing regional market trends, competitor strategies, and customer behavior to optimize retail performance.
- Collaborating closely with Merchandising, Marketing, and Visual Merchandising teams to capture emerging trends.
- Elevating overall store experience to align seamlessly with PUMA service standards and brand values.
- Achieving operational KPIs while ensuring compliance with standard retail procedures.
- Contributing to long-term commercial strategy, budgeting processes, and merchandising campaigns.
- Leveraging business analytics and key metrics to make informed strategic decisions.
- Inspiring, mentoring, and guiding high-performing retail management teams across the cluster.
- Maintaining full compliance with local regulatory requirements and workplace safety standards.
