As Assistant Medical Affairs Customer Experience, you are accountable for all general secretarial and administrative tasks for the Head of Medical Affairs Customer Experience and the subsequent team as well as specific project tasks.

You assist in preparing controlling and monitoring of Medical Affairs Customer Experience cost centers and project-related budgets.

Regarding contract management, you independently manage purchase order processes, expense claims forms, payment requests and align with internal and external stakeholders among other tasks.

Additionally, you manage travel preparations and expenses, set up meetings and organize schedules for respective team members. Also, you will manage accesses in MS Teams, document signatures via DocuSign.

You also organize large international events as well as smaller events/meetings and trainings. This includes end-to-end logistic accountability, onsite support, coordination between stakeholders and feedback/evaluation.

Successfully completed commercial vocational training/ apprenticeship as Office Management Assistant and/or Management Assistant, preferably with multi-year experience as Project Assistant

Familiarity in BI applications (AGS360, BIePS, Shareroom, MyBI, Concur, Datavision, etc.)

Pro-active working style, sense of accountability and ability to cope with evolving demands and to prioritize

Personal sovereignty and a high degree of integrity, flexibility, business-thinking and social competence

High degree of personal initiative, confidence, reliability, as well as team spirit

Excellent command of German and English
