WHAT YOU''LL DO

As a Working Student, you will support the Executive Assistant and Reception Teams at our Stuttgart office. In the Executive Assistant department, you’ll coordinate any travel requests that come up from beginning to end, while keeping an eye on timing and costs. At the reception desk, you’ll help us support clients and visitors and answer phone calls professionally and forward them if necessary. In addition, you will run errands, handle the mail and courier services, and take care of booking and preparing the conference rooms. And last but not least, you will handle printing and copy requests, duplicate and bind presentations, and ensure that our offices are stocked with the supplies they need, in a reliable and service-oriented manner. Functioning as an indispensable hub, you will additionally help to ensure that day-to-day office operations run smoothly while putting your best foot forward to represent both our office and BCG.

YOU''RE GOOD AT

• You will be an important point of contact for all BCG staff, remaining consistently obliging and polite, as well as punctual and conscientious.
• You enjoy interacting with people and exhibit strong customer service.
• You have an independent, foresighted working style and can prioritize your tasks effectively.
• In terms of your working hours, you are flexible from Monday to Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)

• You are a bachelor’s or master’s student (with at least two years of study remaining after your start date at BCG and no mandatory internships planned in the near future).
• You’re service-oriented, responsive, and able to keep up with our fast-moving business. In addition, you consider yourself good at improvising.
• You work proficiently with MS Office programs.

YOU''LL WORK WITH

You will be part of a closely networked team of full-time coworkers and students, reporting to the Stuttgart Office Manager. You will also work together with the assistant team and the administrative functions and departments at BCG. The members of the team support each other, especially when things get hectic. Your colleagues are all highly cooperative, because a good team atmosphere is extremely important to us.
