PUMA is looking for a driven professional to lead our application management and cross-functional operations. In this pivotal role, you will manage, coordinate, and evolve transactional process integrations across wholesale, retail, and eCommerce channels, with a specific focus on Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Customer Connectivity.
You will serve as the central point of contact between business stakeholders, application teams, and external providers. Your goal is to drive operational excellence through process standardization, KPI monitoring, and continuous service improvements. You will ensure compliance with IT governance and support critical business periods and operational readiness.
A key part of your responsibility includes owning the governance of SAP batch job scheduling across ERP modules. You will mitigate risks such as performance bottlenecks and locking conflicts by collaborating closely with SAP Basis and development teams. Furthermore, you will oversee SAP integrations with third-party WMS, managing incidents, enhancements, and the onboarding of new warehouses.
In the realm of B2B connectivity, you will lead the management of customer EDI connections. This includes coordinating new message types and business scenarios while developing modern technical concepts like API integrations to enhance PUMA’s global digital landscape.
