About the Role:
Take the lead on delivering commercial, industrial, and utility-scale solar and BESS assets at Soventix. You will oversee the full project lifecycle – from contract signature through construction to commercial handover – ensuring both commercial and technical excellence at every stage.
What You Will Do:
- Collaborate across cross-functional teams – engineers, designers, and contractors – to uphold the highest H&S and quality standards on every project
- Drive EPC activities (Design, Procurement, Construction), chair regular team meetings, and ensure minutes and action items are tracked and delivered
- Manage contractual obligations and keep project timelines on track
- Handle financial management, including project budgets and invoice approvals
- Communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders to align on project needs and goals
- Contribute to Soventix' continuous improvement of best-practice methods, valuation processes, knowledge management, and internal tools & templates
Your Profile:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or equivalent professional experience
- Proven track record in project management with hands-on experience in grid-connected solar projects during the construction phase
- Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely within a supportive, collaborative team
- Able to balance quality delivery under time and cost pressure
- Skilled at building strong, productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive successful project realization
- Proactive, diligent, and detail-oriented approach
- Experience in the German market and German language proficiency
