What you´ll do

We are looking for a long-term student (f/m/d) to support our SAP Signavio sales training and learning team in Berlin. The working student (f/m/d) will have an opportunity to support but also have full ownership in tasks such as regular creation of certification surveys, documentation and reporting, support of live training activities etc. Therefore the tasks will include:

• Support of global reporting and monitoring of training and certification completions
• Maintain / write documentation for content management systems
• Creating regular e-mails and communications
• Schedule and operatie regular training program (send meeting invitations, prepare digital whiteboards etc)

As we are looking for a long-term engagement, please only apply if you have at least 2 years of study ahead of you. Preferred location is Berlin or Düsseldorf area, but all applications are welcome.

What you bring

• Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
• Preferred fields of study: IT, Economics, Social Sciences
• Still have at least 2 years of study (e.g. just started Master or still in Bachelor studies)
• Advanced Excel Skills
• Basic skills in Powerpoint, Photoshop or Acrobat, quickly able to self-learn apps / software tools
• Language skills: fluent in English, German / other languages as a plus
• Soft skills: proactive and open communication, low fear to try out things without detailled instructions, open for challenges
