As the Site Manager, you will hold full P&L and strategic authority over our brand-new logistics facility in Meppen-Versen. Your focus lies on overseeing the entire operational lifecycle, from inbound to outbound, while ensuring peak efficiency through rigorous KPI management. You will act as a key stakeholder, navigating risk management and compliance with precision. Beyond operations, you are responsible for nurturing a high-performance culture, developing local talent, and leading transformative change projects during the site's critical start-up phase.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Full strategic and operational ownership of the site, including P&L management.
• End-to-end management of all logistics processes: inbound, warehousing, and outbound operations.
• Driving productivity and cost-efficiency through continuous KPI optimization and service quality control.
• Ensuring robust risk management and strict adherence to governance and compliance standards.
• Proactive stakeholder management with both international customers and internal departments.
• Fostering organizational growth, talent development, and a strong corporate culture.
• Spearheading the site's start-up phase and managing complex transformation projects.

YOUR PROFILE

• An academic degree in logistics, business administration, industrial engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of proven leadership experience in a senior role, specifically within contract logistics.
• Demonstrated success in high-pressure, performance-driven environments, ideally with LEAN expertise.
• Exceptional strategic thinking capabilities combined with a hands-on approach to operational execution.
