Your Role
Manage development projects for hardware and software products as well as organisational projects within the division of Vision Technology Solutions, from initialisation through to project closure. This includes:
- Professional leadership of cross functional project teams to execute and deliver products and organisational improvements
- Definition of project goals, development of project plans, definition of work packages, budget, and resource planning
- Monitoring milestones, cost and quality in projects and identifying potential for optimizations as well as highlighting any project risks
- Initiate corrective measures in case of deviations from plans during the project
- Preparation, documentation and presentation of project status reports and decision proposals for various audiences
- Integrate and steer external development partners and service providers
Your Profile
- A degree in industrial engineering, medical engineering, industrial management, business administration or a comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in managing development and or lifecycle projects
- Experience with project management methods and tools, in a waterfall as well as an agile environment (Scrum, SAFe, etc.)
- Experience in regulated environments, preferably in the field of medical devices
- Very good planning and organisational skills
- Very good communication and moderation skills as well as high customer and service orientation
- An emphatic, structured, decisive, and goal-oriented personality with good conflict resolution skills and a technical interest
- A high degree of motivation, willingness to take responsibility and a keen sense for cost, quality, and efficacy
- Fluent written and spoken English skills, additional German skills are of great benefit.
