What You'll Do
- Coordinate functional and technical analysis alongside project realization in close partnership with project teams and specialist units
- Execute day-to-day project delivery independently while leveraging guidance from senior colleagues
- Own small projects end-to-end: coordination, capacity management, budgeting (incl. business case), risk management, progress tracking, reporting, escalations, and team leadership
- Drive project transparency through structured practices – risk, issue, and change management, status reporting, and more
What You Bring
- Proven track record applying project management methodologies to small-to-medium projects
- Sharp eye for critical issues and risks – and the initiative to address them head-on
- Ability to weave in the business perspective when managing projects and resolving challenges
- Experience with technical migration or technology upgrade projects (a plus)
- Comfort understanding technical dependencies and integrating them into planning and risk management
- Thrives under tight deadlines and reacts swiftly to emerging issues
- Affinity for IT solutions and familiarity with Agile concepts – especially OKR and Scrum
- Strong analytical skills: distill complex, confusing business problems into clear, structured process descriptions
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders across product teams, countries, and the center – right message, right audience
- Define innovative approaches to complex project management challenges
- Know when to seek help from senior colleagues and pursue the optimal solution
- Excellent English fluency (written and verbal)
