Your Mission

We are looking for a dedicated Applied AI Technical Project Manager to spearhead our AI initiatives. In this pivotal role, you will focus on scoping, planning, and delivering advanced AI solutions that integrate seamlessly into our products and workflows. Leveraging your hands-on developer experience, you will guide teams, align stakeholders, and manage risks to ensure high-quality delivery. You will own the roadmap and KPIs for AI features across various environments, coordinating between engineers, designers, and business owners.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of AI projects, defining success metrics, milestones, and acceptance criteria.
• Develop and maintain AI roadmaps while managing sprint planning and cross-team coordination.
• Convert business requirements into technical specifications for APIs, services, and generative AI use cases.
• Oversee technical solution design for LLM, RAG, and Vision technologies.
• Manage resources, budgets, and dependencies to effectively remove delivery roadblocks.
• Ensure delivery excellence through code reviews, CI/CD, and post-launch monitoring.
• Supervise cloud and on-prem deployments, focusing on security and data governance.
• Facilitate knowledge transfer and provide AI tool enablement for both technical and non-technical users.

Your Profile

• At least 3 years of experience as a software or ML engineer building production-ready AI features.
• Minimum 2 years in a technical project management or leadership role within the AI space.
• Strong proficiency in Python and familiarity with frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar.
• Solid understanding of web APIs, systems design basics, and networking fundamentals.
• Excellent communication skills for managing both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with agile methodologies and tools such as Jira to track measurable product KPIs.
