Montessori & Friends Education gGmbH sucht einen engagierten English-Speaking Educator (m/f/d) für ihre Montessori-Einrichtung in Berlin. Die Position umfasst die Betreuung einer altersgemischten Lerngruppe in Zusammenarbeit mit einer deutschen Fachkraft, wobei der Schwerpunkt auf der sprachlichen Entwicklung liegt. Der ideale Kandidat bringt Erfahrung in der Montessori-Pädagogik mit, ist ein Teamplayer und verfügt über muttersprachliche Englischkenntnisse. Das Unternehmen bietet ein motiviertes Team, Gestaltungsspielraum, Weiterbildungsmöglichkeiten und eine gut ausgestattete Lernumgebung. Montessori & Friends Education gGmbH is an independent organization currently operating seven Montessori children’s houses (daycare centers) in Berlin and Potsdam, as well as the International Montessori School in Berlin-Wannsee.
Our goal is for the children entrusted to us to live and learn in a self-determined way, according to their level of development and at their own pace, with joy and interest. In doing so, we pay attention to the child’s holistic development. Diversity and inclusion are particularly important to us – in the team as well as with the children. In our children’s houses, we offer a fully equipped and prepared environment according to Montessori quality standards. We look back on over 20 years of experience and are constantly growing.
