Who we are looking for:

As a Working Student IT Support (f/m/d), you will help us to keep our internal devices running smoothly and securely. In collaboration with our DevOps team, you are responsible for maintaining our internal software and hardware tools. Your list of responsibilities includes:

• Responding to technical questions from our employees and troubleshooting their software, hardware, and network issues.
• Managing our fleet of desktop computers (primarily MacOS), including employee onboarding, updates, backups, etc.
• Managing users and permissions.
• Documenting processes and setups.

Your skills:

Must have

• Enrolled as a student in a relevant field of study (e. g. IT, business informatics or related disciplines).
• Broad experience with MacOS devices.
• The terminal is no stranger to you.
• Great problem solving skills.
• Solid understanding of networking infrastructure.
• Ability to explain complex technical topics to non-technical people.

• Experience with Mobile Device Management
• Good knowledge of Microsoft 365
• Unix knowledge
• Patience when encountering issues with Microsoft 365 on MacOS devices
• Powershell know-how
• Fluency in German
