Job Summary

The Digital Marketing Specialist who will be responsible for Digital marketing, Communication and as well as Research. He/she will be based in Bangkok, Bangchak

General Responsibilities

Digital marketing

Plan and execute all digital marketing, including marketing database, social media, advertising campaigns and maintain our social media presence
Development and budgeting of digital delivery channel
Performance monitoring for social media & website and conversion tests
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs), weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly

Communication

Help implement communication strategies
Assist in maintaining web content and executing social media strategies
Oversee and help set guidelines for online and phone communications with clients, customers

Research

Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
Monitor the market and review the existing products continuously
Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies

Functional Skills and Knowledge

5-7 years of experience in digital marketing
At least 2 years experience in E-commerce (b2b e-commerce is a plus)
At least 2 years experience in Google ads planning and execution
Able to Create reports on above both platforms and on Google Analytics
Able to work with Google Tag Manager to set up basic conversion goals
Self-starter and willingness to learn and develop
Excellent oral, written communication and presentation skills
Good English proficiency, both written and spoken

Education

Relevant Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field
