About the role

As an Implementation Consultant, you will lead the customer journey immediately after the contract signature. You own the relationship with our top-tier clients and ensure the successful deployment of Samsara’s solutions. By defining and delivering tailored project plans, you help customers achieve their strategic goals. This cross-functional role connects Sales, Support, and Product teams within a hyper-growth environment.

Your Impact

• Act as a trusted advisor, managing technology deployments to ensure rapid time-to-value.
• Lead solution workshops to develop efficient business processes.
• Guide customers through critical change management, including policy updates and training.
• Conduct engaging training sessions and demonstrate the power of Samsara’s technology.
• Manage multiple parallel engagements while collaborating cross-functionally for an exceptional client experience.

What you bring

• At least 2 years of experience in implementation, project management, or onboarding, preferably within Enterprise SaaS and hardware.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to follow structured methodologies.
• Proven track record in managing over 20 projects simultaneously while building trust with executives and technical stakeholders.
• A solution-oriented mindset with excellent consultative skills for end-to-end implementations.
• Mandatory fluency in both German and English.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites up to 30% of the time.
