Position Description:

As a Multi-Platform E-Commerce Manager, you will be responsible for the professional listing and management of our products on Kaufland.de, Otto.de, and other German trading platforms. You will work closely with our JTL warehouse management system to ensure seamless integration and an efficient sales process. Your main task is to establish and expand our presence on these platforms, maximize the visibility of our products, and increase sales. You are a strategic thinker with operational excellence who understands the specific requirements and success factors of each platform and optimizes our activities accordingly. This position requires a high degree of independence, reliability, and demonstrable experience in dealing with German e-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Platform Management: You are primarily responsible for our sales activities on Kaufland.de, Otto.de, and other German trading platforms to be defined.
• Product Listing and Maintenance: You will create and maintain professional product listings tailored to the specific requirements of the respective platform.
• JTL Integration: You will ensure a smooth connection and synchronization of the platforms with our JTL warehouse management system.
• Platform Optimization: You will develop and implement strategies to optimize our visibility and performance on the individual platforms. This includes platform-specific SEO measures and the use of marketing opportunities.
• Inventory and Price Management: You will manage inventory and pricing on the various platforms to maximize profitability.
• Competitive Analysis: You will monitor the competition on the platforms and derive recommendations for our strategy from this.
• Performance Analysis and Reporting: You will monitor the performance on the individual platforms, analyze the relevant KPIs, and create regular reports.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Experience with German Platforms: You have demonstrable experience in managing German e-commerce platforms, especially with the seller areas of Kaufland.de and Otto.de.
• JTL Knowledge: You have experience in using the JTL warehouse management system.
• Multi-Channel Experience: You have a good understanding of the challenges and opportunities of multi-channel e-commerce.
• Independent Way of Working: You work in a structured, independent, and goal-oriented manner.
• Reliability and Trustworthiness: You are a reliable and trustworthy person.
• Analytical Skills: You make data-driven decisions and have a good analytical understanding.
