Your Impact in this Role

As a Customer Operations Coordinator, you will manage global import and export shipments while delivering exceptional service. You will act as a key link between customers and vendors, ensuring that all operational goals and KPIs are met consistently.

Core Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations and ensure all customer orders are handled efficiently.
Proactively communicate operational issues and additional costs to clients for full transparency.
Collaborate with supervisors to resolve claims, incidents, and reporting requirements.
Manage business reports, including follow-ups, un-invoiced orders, and demurrage tracking.
Address customer complaints and resolve accounting queries or disputes promptly.
Support the team as a reliable back-up and maintain high service standards.

You possess professional experience in international transportation or the logistics sector, ideally within the tank container industry. Your profile is characterized by strong IT skills and the ability to solve complex problems through creative solutions.
