Become a Customer Service Advisor (m/f/d) for our service team at Concentrix Berlin and help us deliver exceptional customer experiences for one of the world’s biggest, most well-known and leading social media companies.

Working within our friendly and supportive team:

Answer customer inquiries from advertisers and agencies (small and medium-sized businesses) in French
Thanks to your professional customer advice and solution suggestions, the advertising effectiveness of your customers improves.
Implementation of social media marketing measures via chat, email, telephone and social media messenger.
You contribute to excellent customer service from the start and continuously develop ideas to improve customer satisfaction and the customer advertising experience.

Your Skills:

Online advertising experience is desirable
Experience in a service-related environment is desirable
Excellent communication skills and knowledge of French (written and spoken minimum C1) and very good knowledge of English (minimum B2)
Affinity for social media and active social media users
Ability to multitask and high stress resistance
