For our client from the software industry, we are looking for a Junior PMO / Team Assistant (m/f/d). 1-2 years of professional experience are sufficient for this position.

We can offer a remote hourly rate of net 40.00

Utilization: 100%

Location: 100% Remote

Language: German (C1) and English (C1)

Duration: By arrangement

You need to be based in Germany, Austria or Switzerland. Please don't apply if you are not based in any of those countries.

Must have:

• Advanced Excel & PPT skills
• Familiarity with best practices & insights into KPI metrics & reporting
• Creativity, strong communication skills & interactive working style
• Capability of putting together executive-level reporting and presentation
• Well-developed soft-skills, strong team skills & experience
• Willingness to learn, energetic & motivated

Nice to have:

• Fieldglass skills
• Knowledge of DDT or equivalent capacity tracking tool
• Financial & KPI reporting experience
• Social Media communications skills & experience
