Your contribution:
- You are responsible for the office-management and office supply procurement
- Coordinating onboarding processes
- Responsibility for the user management (except for the actual authorization)
- Tracking of escalations
- Appointment coordination for meetings and room bookings
- Documentation and follow-up of occupational safety instructions, trainings and examinations
What makes you stand out:
- At least 5 years of professional experience preferably as an assistant within the mobile communications industry or construction companies
- Commercial education or similar education / professional experience
- Expert in Microsoft Office, especially in Excel, PowerPoint and Outllok
- Fluent German (C1) and (very) good English (B2) skills written and spoken
