Team Assistant Works Council (m/f/d) for Vantage Towers

Are you an organizational talent and always keep calm? You can set priorities and be relied upon? Then become part of our team as Team assistance works council (m/f/d). In your role, you will relieve and support the chairman of works council, deputy chairman of works council and the works council committee - in particular the staff committee - by taking on assistance and secretarial tasks.

Your challenges:

• You independently send out (legally compliant) invitations in consultation with the chairman of the works council.
• You prepare meetings (works council, works committee, staff committee) with the corresponding (legally compliant) agendas and attendance lists in consultation with the respective committee chairman.
• You prepare protocols and deal with incoming mail as well as the necessary correspondence.
• You support the chairman of the works council in preparing the statement of accounts.
• You prepare presentations for works meetings and other events.

Your qualification:

• A successfully completed commercial apprenticeship and and at least 5 years of professional experience in assistance tasks.
• Ability to correctly assess, prioritise and forward enquiries to the works council (especially to the chairman of the works council)
• Basic understanding of legal issues, especially regarding the Works Constitution Act
• High level of trustworthiness, confidentiality and reliability combined with strong organisational skills
• Fluent English skills, written and spoken (C1 according to CEFR)

You have the opportunity to either work full-time or part-time with at least 30 hours per week.
