Who we are

We are an ISO 9001 certified company which supports and empowers manufacturers in the fields of Automotive, Medical Devices and Aerospace by working closely with their teams during the development lifecycle. Our team of engineers masters the complexity of innovative devices incorporating high-end robotics and SW solutions with artificial intelligence. Our approach relies on knowledge transfer to the teams by offering training and coaching on safety engineering and regulatory compliance while triggering and coordinating the efficient creation of technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Ideally, you are a student on an ongoing master's degree in the field of engineering, quality management, project management, or a related program.
• You will work on a wide range of interesting tasks together with the QM Manager, Project Leaders and Managing Directors.
• You will support our digital transformation.
• You will support the expansion of the quality management system (ISO 9001:2015) and maintain the existing document management system (SharePoint based). Some initial knowledge in a company's quality management (according to ISO 9001) would be desirable.
• You will participate in the definition of processes and the preparation of internal&external audits.
• You enjoy developing and designing new concepts and have very good Microsoft Office 365 skills. Knowledge how to work with Microsoft Visio is a plus.
• You are self-organized, reliable, pay attention to details and can communicate proficient in German and English (minimum B2 level, C1 level is a plus). You are willing to take over small areas of responsibility and work result oriented.
