About the Team
Within Short video, TnS Operations, our Team Leaders provide leadership and day-to-day management of a team of Content Moderators. You will take responsibility for ensuring that the team has the skills, resources & support to perform at a high standard and look at ways to improve efficiency and team success.
What will I be doing?
- Leading and managing a team of Content Moderators & helping them to achieve their full potential and maintain high standards & quality of work.
- Being responsible for ensuring that all services are delivered within the framework of TikTok's core values and in line with existing policies & procedures.
- Creating an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture, utilising clear goals and objective setting to help the team succeed.
- Working with XFN teams and stakeholders.
- Participating in various projects.
- Provide suggestions for improving users' experiences, product function and operation strategy, to XFN teams, whereby contributing to the product's overall strategy.
- Set clear team goals and oversee daily operations to ensure work quality.
- Undertake administrative tasks, improving employees' wellbeing and motivation, performance management, etc., in line with TikTok's corporate policy and procedures.
Qualifications
- Team Lead experience in Trust and Safety will be a plus [preferred but not mandatory].
- Proven ability to hit operational targets and motivate teams to aim for the highest.
- Positive solution-focused mindset with strong understanding of business priorities.
- Expert at problem solving and good at finding solutions for complex issues.
- Good data analytical skills - competent using Microsoft Excel or other data analysis tools.
- Previous coaching experience would be advantageous.
- Possess exceptional interpersonal & communication skills with a passion for working in a team environment.
- High attention to detail - comfortable using data to analyse performance and using insight to drive performance.
- Driven and self-motivated with a desire to keep improving.
- Your ability to work in a high tempo environment, adapt, respond to day-to-day challenges of the role.
- Your resilience and commitment to self-care to manage the emotional demands of the role.
- Polish speaker will be a strong plus
