Would you like to shape the future of HR work in the Hamburg Harbor? We are looking for you as a working student to join our HR team for up to 20 hours per week.
You will be part of a cross-departmental organizational project with a focus on the HR area. This project will present and optimize the entire HR value chain, from employee recruitment to development and exit processes. You will work closely with various project members:

• You will analyze current and target process diagrams, contributing to the improvement of existing HR processes.
• You will model process diagrams and the HR process map along the employee lifecycle
• You will support the preparation and execution of process workshops with different project members
• You will take on various administrative tasks within the HR Change Team

• You are enrolled in a business-related degree program or a comparable field of study
• You enjoy analyzing and getting to the bottom of things
• You have some experience in process management
• Knowledge of business process modeling using modeling software (e.g., SIGNAVIO, Visio, ARIS, etc.) is advantageous
• English is your native language
• You enjoy working independently, show initiative and commitment, and are eager to contribute your own ideas
