You will:
- Work hand-in-hand with Account Managers to understand and meet customer needs effectively.
- Serve as the primary contact for customer issues and questions, ensuring swift and accurate resolutions.
- Keep client information databases current and accurate.
Sales Process Support - Support Account Managers in spotting and growing opportunities within the customer base.
- Help prepare and deliver engaging product demos and presentations.
- Handle the preparation, filing, and retrieval of sales documents, including contracts and proposals.
Administrative Support - Offer strong administrative support to the Account Management team, enabling smooth daily operations.
- Schedule meetings, calls, and demos for team members.
- Assist in preparing and renewing sales proposals with Account Managers.
Reporting and Analysis - Produce, analyze, and interpret order management reports to provide valuable insights.
- Develop detailed reports on campaign performance and present findings to key stakeholders.
- Gather and share customer feedback with internal teams to drive improvements in products and services based on market trends and customer needs.
About you:
- At least 2 years of full-time experience, ideally in a fast-paced client-facing role, preferably in the food delivery or tech industries.
- Solid organizational and administrative skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and German.
