We are looking for an

IT Security Manager (m/f/d)

(unlimited, fulltime) Join our team at our location in Berlin, Baden-Baden, Verl or Vienna – flexible working conditions available

What will be challenge in the role:

• You drive and coordinate the IT security programs and initiatives in cooperation with internal/external stakeholders; you coordinate the rollout and development of the corresponding security capabilities.
• You provide strategic IT security guidance to IT operations and infrastructure; you act as a collaboration partner to ISMS organization.
• You ensure that security infrastructure projects are aligned to each other and to Riverty enterprise architecture.
• You help to drive the Riverty IT security community aligned with the agreed strategic approach.
• You manage initial, internal requests for consultancy on application and infrastructure topics (Security applications, ERP systems, Active directory, Cloud, O365, Secure User Access, Account and Password Management, Endpoint protection, Cloud infrastructure etc.).
• You support the IT Security organization with foundational management disciplines, such as budget planning and cost management, procurement of security tools and service etc.

What you need to succeed in the role:

• You have minimum a Bachelor's degree in computer science or a comparable education with experience in the field.
• You have 5+ years of experience in IT, security or engineering field.
• You have knowledge of TOGAF9, ITIL. A background in software development and experience with agile methodologies and cyber security maturity models is advantageous.
• You bring ideally a solid combination of experience or certification in security domain (GDPR, PCI, ISO27001, CISSP/CISM).
• You have the ability to learn and acquire new skills. You are working well in a decentralized, matrix organization with a clear mandate. You are an analytical thinker and excellent communicator/coordinator with negotiation skills. You enjoy to organize yourself.
• You are fluent in English and in German.
