We're currently seeking a highly motivated and talented Working Student to join our Talent Acquisition team.

Responsibilities

As a Talent Acquisition Working Student at allnex, you will play a vital role in our recruitment and social media communication efforts. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Recruitment Support:

• Assist in posting job openings on company career page and various regional and local job boards, keeping high standards and following best practices.
• Review and screen resumes to identify potential candidates.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Participate in candidate interviews and provide feedback.
• Help maintain the applicant tracking system to ensure data accuracy.
• Support the onboarding process for new hires.

Social Media Communication:

• Collaborate with the corporate communications team to create engaging and informative job postings for social media platforms.
• Monitor and engage with social media communities to build our employer brand.
• Assist in content creation for recruitment campaigns.

Administrative Tasks:

• Maintain recruitment-related documentation and records.
• Provide general administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team.

Required skills and experience

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program, preferably in Human Resources, Business, Communication, or a related field.
• Strong interest in talent acquisition and employer branding.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluency in English and German.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with social media platforms.
• Quick learner with a proactive attitude and a strong desire to contribute to the team's success.
