As the Events Manager at Le Wagon Germany, you will play a pivotal role in driving acquisition and increasing brand awareness for our tech bootcamps and skill courses. We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to lead our events team in executing engaging and impactful events, both online and in-person. Scope: Germany
- Develop event strategy to drive acquisition B2C & brand awareness in Germany
- Organize talks, panel discussions, networking events, workshops & webinars for potential students - with the support of our local team members on each campus
- Lead our local event teams to confidently execute events, mutualize efforts and share learnings
- Organize targeted event campaigns in collaboration with the Regional Marketing Lead in your region and the responsible persons / team members on each campus in your region
- Manage Eventbrite & Meetup communities at the country/regional level
- Be an active member of the tech scene, attend meetups and engage in the regional tech community at the country/regional level
- Build relevant partnerships with local tech communities & creative hubs
- Be the face of the brand during external events (tech conferences & trade fairs)

- You are a clear and confident communicator, with exceptional written and verbal English language skills, German is a plus
- Event organisation is nothing new to you and you enjoy working during different times of the day.
- You are a creative problem solver - highly structured, organized, and have the ability to work to tight deadlines to provide practical solutions on multiple projects.
- Your decision-making is data-driven with a focus on event analysis and reporting, you are adept at aligning strategies with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and overarching business goals.
- You have a demonstrated ability to innovate and adapt, consistently testing new approaches and making informed decisions based on insights gleaned from data analysis.
- You have strong project management skills and have a real drive for results, with the ability to manage independently and take calculated risks.
- You are entrepreneurial, highly collaborative, and love to help others reach their objectives.
