We currently offer the following position in our Global Service Commercial team, which is fully remote.
Come and join a fantastic team! As a Service Business Development Specialist, you will be working with many cross-functional stakeholders across the organization to drive our projects and accelerate our transformation.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the go-to-market strategy for the Global Service business and ensure close alignment with the Business Units (BU), Regional Units and Marketing team
- Develop product positioning, create and maintain sales collaterals (win cards, flyers, brochures, webpages) to effectively promote our service value proposition both internally and externally
- Engage with our Sales, Service and Marketing teams to proactively coordinate regular promotional campaigns and animate our program to drive lead generation and provide commercial coaching to help promote service products (value-based selling trainings)
- Coordinate service product launch activities for NPIs (new product introduction) and conduct surveys to uncover new customer needs (market trends) and foster cross-functional collaboration to drive innovation
- Monitor the financial performance of the aftermarket business, identify product gaps and provide recommendations to improve operational margin
YOUR PROFILE
- Bachelor (BSc) or Master in Business or Science
- Multiple years of commercial experience in Sales, Service and/or Marketing
- Very good skills in MS-Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Working in a large, multi-national company (complex matrix) is a plus
- Fluent English language skills, German or other languages would be advantage
