  Collaborate with the program manager to solve complex challenges and address issues within the program.

  Take ownership of the design and processes implemented for your program

• 
  Identify gaps and improvement areas and provide solutions

  Implement

• 
  Assist the program manager to build required processes with focus on accuracy, efficiency and scalability. Try to automate as much as possible

• 
  Ensure training of involved personnel and identify specific training programs if needed

• 
  Monitor progress

• 
  Set up monitoring protocols and design MIS reports

• 
  Proactively monitor progress of the processes implemented using the designed MISes

• 
  Continuously Identify areas of improvement in the processes

Please apply if you have:

• 
  Bachelor's degree in Engineering with 1 to 2 years of work experience

• 
  Technical bent of mind and keen interest in technical projects
