You will make an impact in the following way:
- You drive Belden pipeline growth and success rate through developing and delivering outcome-based solutions that utilize the capabilities of all Belden brands to customers managed by solutions sales colleagues
- Work with digital automation consultants to technically translate process diagnostic insights into compelling solutions with demonstrable financial value impact
- Construct value impact around business outcomes, building credibility and sponsorship by using account’s terminology and KPIs
- Collaborate with Customer Innovation Center support team in development/execution of POCs, FATs, and network audits
- Create and support technology campaigns such as webinars, roadshows, trade fairs
- Provide market insight to sales, product management and R&D to support definition of customer and vertical market propositions
What you will bring:
- Education – Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering with a focus on IT, networking, or Process/Discrete Automation
- Work experience – Preferably at least 5 years of experience in solution creation in an industrial networking environment
- Proven track record – Within a sales and/or service role in discrete or process manufacturing
- Technical know-how – Experience in IT/OT (e.g. Cloud, IIoT, ICS) and applications insights
- Communication skills – Ability to translate complex technical information into comprehensible conversation with a non-technical audience
- Language proficiency – Fluency in English and German (written and spoken)
