Position Overview

The Galaxy Bowling Center at USAG Stuttgart - MWR is seeking a dedicated individual to support facility operations on Panzer Kaserne in Stuttgart, Germany. This position plays a key role in managing daily business activities, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining efficient administrative processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist management with daily facility operations following established operational guidelines.
• Issue, receive, and audit cash funds while verifying daily receipts and managing cash flow balances.
• Ensure facility access is restricted to authorized patrons and generate daily operational reports.
• Support event planning and setup according to party plans and assist bar or cashier stations as required.
• Complete daily activity reports, execute fire safety inspections, and secure the facility at closing.
• Monitor inventory levels and place food and beverage orders using specialized management software.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Demonstrated experience handling cash transactions, disbursements, and fund balance verifications.
• Compliance with local legal age requirements for serving alcoholic beverages where applicable.
• Strong customer service orientation and effective communication skills.
• Ability to work rotating shifts including evenings, weekends, and special MWR events.
• Physical capability to lift and carry items up to 20 pounds.
• Must meet federal background checks and eligibility criteria.
