Are you passionate about topics related to sustainability? Are you self-motivated, enthusiastic and have an open, positive attitude? You think ahead and want to use your expertise to help your colleagues implement sustainability projects across Europe? Then we might have the perfect challenge for you. In this role, you drive the development of a framework for monitoring sustainability improvements at PAKi and support the Faber Group in the annual production of the Sustainability Report. Furthermore, you will actively support PAKi on its journey to become the most sustainable pallet pooler in Europe.

Who you are

Degree in economics, business administration, sustainability studies or a similarly relevant field of study
At least 1-3 years of professional experience in the field of sustainability through previous professional activities
Fluent German and English language skills, both written and spoken
Knowledge of sustainability legislation, the main standards and initiatives
Ideally first experience in using Jira, Confluence, PowerBI, Miro
Passionate for the topic of sustainability
Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
The ability to work collaboratively with peers, managers, and other stakeholders from different countries

Making a difference as Sustainability Specialist

In this role, you will drive the development of a framework to monitor our sustainability improvements at PAKi and vPool, and support Faber Group's target of 30% emissions reduction by 2030. You will bring sustainability to life in the organisation and encourage colleagues to continuously work on reducing our negative environmental impact. In this context, the role will support the Group in the annual preparation of the Sustainability Report, assist colleagues in the implementation of sustainability projects and build a network of external experts. This is a role with diversity, both with the work and the colleagues. For example, you will regularly work with colleagues in Eindhoven (NL), Ennepetal (DE), Coventry (GB), Angers (FR), Madrid (ES) and Warsaw (PL).
