Post-Graduate Development Engineer – Technology Track

The Technology track of our Global Graduate Program is placed in and will guide you through one of the two pillars of our global Innovation & Engineering organization. In the department of Filling & Line Equipment you will join an experienced and agile engineering team working with development and implementation of cutting-edge solutions for packaging and filling lines. Our research and development initiatives involve various mechanical, software, process, system engineering and other disciplines. Striving for excellence in operational and sustainability performance, robust design principles are embedded in all our activities – providing exciting engineering challenges, every day.

In your specialist role, you will both get focused on attractive technical and technological challenges in selected engineering areas as well as get a broad knowledge of the entire packaging system of Elopak – providing you with the right combination to boost your personal and professional development.

With real assignments, seeing the results of your contribution in products serving the consumers world-wide every day, you will bring your skills to the next level and contribute to transforming the packaging industry into the future.

The position is based in our technology center in Mönchengladbach, Germany but you will work in a truly international environment.

General requirements

• You hold a university degree within Engineering, Technology, Processing or similar filed that was earned within the past 24 months or you are set to graduate in 2023.
• You are self-motivated and committed person striving for development and results.
• You work in an analytical way, possess collaboration and communication skills and enjoy individual work as well as being a true team player.
• You have a global mindset with ability to act multiculturally, willingness to travel.
• You are fluent in English verbally as well as in writing, German is an advantage.
