Your Job Description

• Coordination of new external vendor enrollment
• Processing new purchase orders and amend existing contracts
• Management of multiple projects including managing budget requests submission to Finance
• Keeping balance of budget sheets and acting as topic expert in budget related questions
• Understanding and documenting current workflows and processes according to compliance policies

Your qualification profile

• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical professional experience
• 2 to 5 years of experience in project management
• Experience with SQL is nice to have
• Strong research, analysis, and problem-solving skills
• Stakeholder management and ability to work with, comprehend and effectively communicate with cross-functional Teams
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and interpersonal skills
