Job Description
You will be on the front line with German clients (Edeka, Lidl etc.) and collaborate with internal team members to define project milestones, develop and manage project plans, take the lead on client communications, ensure tasks are delivered on time. This role may support multiple projects concurrently, and responsibilities will vary based on the project scope
It’s a key role in the proof-of-concept, development, deployment, and integration of the newest VUSION IoT platform innovations
You’ll act as a consultant and project coordinator to new and existing clients as they learn and implement our solutions. You will be an expert on our products, our technology and security requirements, the needs of our customers, and our sales process.
Main Activities and Responsibilities
- Run value driven solution presentations and demonstrations
- Provide pre-sales technical assistance and product education
- Lead and advise clients on the planning, delivery, and management of implementation of our innovative technology initiatives
- Analyze, design, and implement the best solutions for our clients
- Articulate technical challenges and how to solve them
- Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Develop comprehensive and detailed project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members
- Establish and strengthen relationships with prospects and customers
- Coordinate the different steps of the process and to ensure the timing of the deliveries and their quality
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
Qualifications
- A significant experience in project manager in deployment of IT complex solutions ideally in retail field.
- You have experience in project management and/or consulting, which has enabled you to acquire sufficient autonomy to take charge of our solution projects for our clients.or customer or in consulting firm.
- You wish to put your taste and experience for new technologies at the service of an international group, on a human scale, leader on its market and in full growth.
- As a true conductor, you are responsible for the daily progress of the mission and therefore directly responsible for customer satisfaction.
- Organized, tenacious, efficient and with excellent interpersonal skills, you are a quick learner and want to take responsibility within a demanding and ambitious company
The job is located in Dusseldorf area (team and office in progress).
