Caring for our employees is deeply important to us. We are looking for a dedicated professional to join our HR team in Berlin and support us with a range of different activities. This role involves being responsible for a diverse mix of tasks, with a focus on HR administration, and it offers a great opportunity to become part of the expanding JetBrains family.
As part of our team, you will:
- Be our go-to person for all personnel-related administration, such as HRIS (HiBob), contract amendments, employer confirmations, reference letters, and visa applications.
- Ensure our HR systems, personnel data, and files are up to date.
- Assist in payroll and benefits administration.
- Manage the end to end process of onboarding employees, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience as well as facilitate the transition process for departing employees, ensuring all necessary documentation and procedures are completed.
- Provide guidance to employees on benefit options and assist with enrollment and claims processes.
- Be the point of contact for employees in coordination with everyday situations.
- Cooperate with local authorities and external service providers, such as professional associations, health insurance companies, and healthcare providers.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business administration, psychology, social sciences, human resources, or economics.
- Fluent German and fluent English.
- Experience in HR administration.
- A love for documents, and exceptional attention to detail.
- Great organizational skills and an understanding of how to work with confidential information.
- Good communication skills.
- Process- and solution-oriented thinking.
- Good knowledge of MS Office.
- Residence in Berlin and ability to support the team on site.
