We are looking for a Major Incident Manager (f/m/d) for our Corporate Operations Services Department. This position can be filled at the PHOENIX group location in Fürth, Mannheim or Sofia.

Your Tasks

• Active coordination of Outages and Major Incidents
• Responsible for the communication towards Business partners in case of a Major Incident or an Outage
• Proactive Monitoring of business-critical services
• Regular education and training on the process as well as regular operational exchange with technical support
• Identification of service process optimizations and their implementation
• Act as a service provider for internal teams and business partners for the optimal management of outages and Major Incidents

Your Profile

• Practical experience in service support processes of incident management and request fulfillment
• Knowledge in the use of common ITSM tools and the ITIL standard
• Broad knowledge in dealing with business-critical systems, a background as former technician would be an advantage
• Very good communication skills, decisiveness and an analytical approach of solving IT fault situations
• Organisational talent; ability to independently develop pragmatic solutions
• High moderation and coordination skills with very good English and German skills
