• Enrolled student, preferably in information technology, economic sciences or similar
• Advanced knowledge in MS Office, especially Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• Independent and structured way of working, flexibility and organizational skills
• Open-minded team player with good communication skills
• Solid English skills verbally and written
• Willingness to work in an office setup, so not purely remote
• Preferably 20 working hours per week
• Start date: 01.08.2024; Duration: 6 months with possibility of extension

• Project work in the field of Intelligent Automation as well as IT Business Supporting Solutions (such as documentation, user training, release updates, UAT, ...)
• Supporting the global rollout of PUMA internal initiatives such as PUMA Card Program (e.g. Employee Card, Discount Card, ...), Electronic Signatures, ...
• Point of contact for technical or user requests
• Preparation of slides for Management update meetings / SteerCos
• Gain insight into PUMA and interact closely with international teams
