As a Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in scaling up hiring for one of Europe's largest high-tech manufacturing facilities. You will bring creative ideas to impactful talent acquisition projects while collaborating with an ambitious, highly motivated team.

• Partner closely with Hiring Managers to define talent needs, optimize strategy, and manage the complete end-to-end recruitment cycle.
• Leverage data and analytics to evaluate candidate funnels and deliver clear reporting to hiring teams.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with regional and EMEA Talent Acquisition and People teams.
• Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience across all touchpoints.
• Conduct behavioral-based interviews and phone screenings to evaluate technical capabilities and culture fit.
• Drive and champion an inclusive, diverse recruitment strategy.
• Proactively source passive talent through creative multi-channel sourcing activities.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both German and English.
• Proven recruitment experience in an agency or corporate environment, ideally focusing on skilled roles such as technicians, production staff, or engineers.
• Demonstrated track record of successfully sourcing, assessing, and onboarding top talent.
• Solid stakeholder management experience with the ability to lead talent strategy discussions.
• Proficiency in Excel reporting and strong adaptability to new digital tools and recruitment technologies.
• Thriving mindset in fast-paced, dynamic environments with fluctuating business priorities.
• Hands-on expertise in offer negotiation, employment market trends, and labor legislation basics.
• Commitment to sustainability principles and compliance with EHS&S policies and EMAS guidelines.
