Are you ready to become a Maxonian and drive the growth of world-class 2D and 3D visual effects software? Maxon is looking for a data-driven Paid Acquisition Manager to scale our industry-leading products. In this role, you will take full ownership of our multi-channel performance strategy, focusing on Paid Search, Paid Social, and Video/Display to maximize revenue and efficiency.

Your Responsibilities

• Strategize and optimize multi-channel paid campaigns across Search, Social, and Display.
• Scale revenue while maintaining high ROAS and CAC efficiency.
• Manage marketing budgets based on performance data and growth potential.
• Translate complex campaign data into actionable growth insights.
• Execute structured experiments across creatives, audiences, and landing pages.
• Collaborate with Creative, Product, and Data teams to boost conversion rates.

Your Profile

• At least 3 years of experience in Paid Acquisition or Performance Marketing.
• Proven success in hitting revenue and ROAS targets.
• Expertise in Google Ads, Meta, and various display platforms.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on testing and learning.
• Ability to transform data into clear strategic actions.
• Proactive, results-driven team player.
• Experience in the software or subscription industry is a plus.
• Fluent in English; German skills are an advantage.
