We already work with agile methods in most of our projects and are constantly expanding our knowledge and skills in this area. Do you already have experience in project management or agile methods? Or have you had your first lectures on (agile) project management during your studies? Then we look forward to your support throughout the entire project, from acquisition to completion.

Your Tasks:

You support our team in agile project management and take on tasks in daily project business
You support the successful completion of exciting development projects in the automotive sector
You accompany our team in the agile transformation process and contribute to organizational development with your work
You create and design project-relevant presentations with the help of MS PowerPoint, such as offer presentations
You support our team in the planning and preparation of customer meetings and workshops on various topics and will also moderate these yourself over time or act as a co-moderator

Necessary Skills:

Ongoing studies in the field of business, industrial or organizational psychology or a comparable course of study
Whether PowerPoint or Word - working with the MS Office package is a matter of course for you and you use its advantages for your tasks
We are one! - The team concept is very important to you, so you want to work together with us, implement your ideas and live out your creativity and always communicate with us, which is reflected in both your external and internal activities

Desired Skills:

With your independent, structured way of working and your hands-on mentality, you take on tasks from the backlog independently and support us with your commitment
When moderating workshops, you would find it easy to guide participants through the agenda in both German and English

Remuneration is based on our collective wage and salary agreement. The current hourly rate for this position is EUR 17.52. From February 2025, the hourly rate for this position will be EUR 18.10.
